so much for shopping for needs rather than wants. so far, i havent bought anything that i absolutely need, like shoes and bottoms. but of course, it doesnt really matter, as long as i bought something that was able to make me happy. even if it was only for a while. x) so, i was a very happy girlie for the past few days! (: received my "school is a great place to meet boys" tee and the communist party tee! total cuteness! (: i <3 threadless tees! so since it's their USD10 sale, i decided to buy two more! wheee! well, it made me $40 poorer, but never mind, as long as i'm happy. i have been a sad girl for too long. :D bought a book too! deception point by dan brown. not as good as the first two, but still an interesting read. i miss reading books. reading is really therapeutic, like shopping! (: went out with amanda on monday and bought a top from topshop as well. thanks amanda for accompanying me that day and listening to me bitch on and on! i <3 you, dearest! had dinner with maine and lois yesterday! i really enjoy our dates together! hugs! well, leaving for bali on friday! can hardly wait! it would be a really good break and of course, more shopping! :D a sidenote, God really speaks to you in ways indescribable. i'm really glad that He has never once left me to deal with my problems alone. how wonderful it is to know that i can cast all my cares upon Him and lay my burdens at His feet. (: and of course, it was God himself who made me happy again. i sing to you, Lord a hymn of love for Your faithfulness to me i'm carried in everlasting arms You'll never let me go through it all. |
