i'm supposed to be studying for my mid-sem tests next week, but that's like the last thing i want to do right now. law investiture last friday was better than i expected it to be, and i really have to thank everyone who helped out and participated. it was one of the major events i was put in charge of (together with sharyl and lynna, who i had lots of fun working with!) and i was seriously very worried that it wouldn't be as good as last year's and that the event will screw up because there wasn't a rehearsal and everything was done last minute. but thank God that everything went well and everyone had a good time. the decorations were the best (thanks to ryan and his team!), purple and gold flowers and helium balloons! (: lovely. photos will be up soon, once amanda decides to send it to me. hehe. last saturday was a very happy day for me. just being there at the convention centre and receiving the award really made me count my blessings. it was something God could have just not bless me with, but He did! and having my parents attend the ceremony, made me the happiest girl ever. (: had civil procedure test on wednesday and i just submitted my mloct group project today. thank God its over! (: this term has been one hectic rollercoaster ride and i'm glad it's coming to an end so i can have a breather! waiting with anticipation for my perth trip which is in 2 weeks! i heard that the weather there is cold! heehee i can't wait! i really hope i can do some shopping for my internship there! speaking of internship, i manage to secure a place at rodyk & davidson. it's a corporate law firm and aqilah will be my fellow intern! (: i'm quite excited about it. let's hope that i'll continue to keep my positivity all the way till november! haha. ooh and something good happened at the start of the week! (: i thank God for His amazing presence in this friendship. there's a reason behind everything He does and i know whatever we went through for the past 2 months helped us grow stronger in character and in our faith. but i missed you, my friend. i'm so happy we are both making an effort to make this friendship work and i'm confident that with God, nothing is impossible.
